Brent Johnson was married for eight years and is the father of two young boys (currently 6 and 8).  His difficulties in divorce were compounded by unresolved feelings of inadequacy, fear, and self-acceptance from childhood and early adulthood.

Through reconnecting with his family, faith, friends, and boxing a heavy bag, he was able to work through these issues to become a whole, happy person.

He also shares his tips for coping with divorce, being a more present parent, and learning how to get in touch with what you truly want and need as a person as a recovering people-pleaser.
